Privacy & contact permission
Effective October 21, 2026. Mamba Leads is a lead generation business. It is not an insurer and this website does not issue insurance policies.
What you provide
When you request information, we collect your name, email, phone number, state, ZIP code, age, and intended beneficiary’s full name and relationship. We also save your signup time, the page address and campaign parameters, and the contact permission you accepted. Please do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment information.
How your details are used
Mamba Leads uses your inquiry to contact you about life insurance interests, organize follow-up, and maintain a record of your contact permission. Authorized business staff can view records and export them to Excel. A scheduled cloud task copies records to the private Mamba Leads Google Sheet. The website is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure.
Connecting you with an insurance professional
The form gives contact permission to Mamba Leads. Before transferring your personal details to a separate business, Mamba Leads will ask permission identifying the recipient. We do not claim a government or veterans program affiliation.
Your choice
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry, or withdraw contact permission, by emailing support@mambaleads.com. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. Withdrawal will be recorded as Do not contact. Records are retained while needed for inquiry follow-up and associated permission records, or where applicable obligations require retention.

I ask Mamba Leads to contact me about my life insurance inquiry by phone or email using the details I provide. I understand Mamba Leads is a lead generation business, not an insurance carrier, and may ask my permission to connect me with an insurance professional. I am not required to purchase insurance. I can withdraw permission by emailing support@mambaleads.com.
Storage and access
Lead records are stored in a server database. The dashboard requires an authorized owner account. The agent portal stores account identity, campaign drafts, and private follow-up notes. Agents can view only leads assigned to their account, while the Google Sheet remains owner-only. This site uses authentication cookies for owner and agent sign-in and does not install advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Campaign parameters you arrive with are stored with your inquiry.
